The project refers to the refurbishment of the former ‘Gerakina Beach’ hotel in Chalkidiki, which is composed of the main building (underground level, ground level and four upper levels) with spa installations in the basement, seventeen (17) one-storey bungalows, fourteen (14) two-storey bungalows, a restaurant-kitchen building, shops, playground, supermarket, entrance security building, offices, tavern, a two-storey building for the personnel and canteen, a sports center, biological treatment, sixteen (16) heated swimming pools, theater and landscaping works. The land’s plot area is 89,303m2 whereas the total built-up area is 25,000m2.
